Non-patent Watch is conducted to keep track of the latest developments in a technology of interest or assignee of your interest through keeping an eye on latest non-patent activity. Non-patent data includes journal publication, new product launch, business news, regulatory updates including (clinical trials, 510k filings, premarket approvals, recalls, adverse events, etc) and other client specific competitive data.

Patent Legal Status Watch is conducted to keep a watch on the legal status of a competitor's patent. These services can also be used by clients to look for patents that have been abandoned/ rejected/ expired in a technology and then freely use that technology without any legal threat.
